I am bored at work. Also, I am excited about the Jingle Jams/Balls, because David will sing more songs than he did on Idol? Hopefully. AND NEW SONGS. Sixxxxxteeeeeen daaaaays till Houston.
But only 12 till the first show, in Sacramento. Eeeeeek.
I wonder if David's going to come out to sign stuff at all. I know Dana and I have been fidgeting over this, mostly because Dana has sorta met David 3 times and never gotten a photo with him. So she's going to make me take a photo of her with me to Houston and if David comes out, make David take a picture with the photo? Yes, she is creepy.
And then come December 16, ScoopK is flying in (ALL THE WAY FROM THE WEST WEST COAST) and POSSIBLY Kathleenie (ALL THE WAY FROM HOTLANTA), and then we're all going to pile into my trusty, rinky-dink Toyota Corolla and driiiiive to Chicago, then driiiiive back, then driiiiive immediately to Atlanta.
BEST ROADTRIP EVER? Possibly. I have a feeling there will be a lot of singing and dancing. Coolest part? I have never met Kim and Kathleen in person. AHAHAHAAA. YESSSS. WE ARE AMAZING.
I think I'll rent a little wireless hook-up, too, so we can liveblog on the way!

I can't believe it. David Archuleta just came on my radio station 94.5 Crave in Vancouver. His interview was short and sweet (5 minutes) talking about the idol, his fans and promoting about the album. I hope someone recorded it.

12 days until David and I will be in the same town, in the same room at the same time!
Since there has been no official word on his availability that day I'm hoping to get there early and just hang out. My thinking is if David sees us he will try to get to us...even if there is nothing scheduled.

I got so excited when I saw that he was coming to Sutton Place in Canada... I assumed right away it was in Vancouver and got 4 tickets. Luckily the ticketmaster folks were good enough to let me cancel it since I would not be able to go Toronto :(
Amy! That sounds like so much fun. I once drove 700 miles with 2 friends on the spur of the moment just to go to a party - I'll never forget it.
If live-blogging turns out to be too much a hassle, there's always Twitter - all you need is a cell phone with texting ability. It's lots easier than having the laptop going all the time. No pictures though, but that can come later.
Also, I e-mailed Rickey to see if he'll be doing live cell-casts from all 10 Jingle jams with David (you're missing one on your appearances page - St. Paul). Those were a blast during AI tour.
And finally, yes, when I ask David about his gaming preferences, he mentioned both Scrabble and Boggle. I would *almost* kill to play a game of Scrabble with David ...
jst, I am sorry. I am flying from Calgary to Toronto and I will stay at Sutton Place Hotel!!!! Staying at the same hotel when David is in there is like a dream. It is too good to be true.
Gengen, I'm happy for you. I'm sure it will be alot of fun. I was ready to take my whole family to go even my 5 year old boy to the 5:30 am event. He was so excited for me. What a crazy mom, huh. Oh well, maybe David will come to Seattle or Vancouver for his tour.

Absolutely, I will drop you a note asap. I will be staying at a hotel which is six-minute drive to Northern Light and I will arrive at Albany the day before. You can come and meet me up at the hotel once you get there. How does that sound?
